Terms and Conditions
This is a brief and easy-to-read version of the IMAGI terms and conditions. For full terms please contact accounts@imagi.es.
Payment

1. All prices are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

2. All payments are handled via PayPal using an existing PayPal account or as a credit card transaction.

3. You can cancel your subscription at any time either on the account page of the IMAGI website or your account page on the PayPal website.

4. If a subscription is upgraded or downgraded, a new PayPal subscription will be created and the old subscription will be automatically deleted.

Quality of Service

5. Backups of all accounts and associated images are taken at least daily.

6. Audit trails are kept of all images that have been updated or deleted by the user.

Privacy

7. IMAGI will have access to all uploaded images for support, maintenance and reporting purposes.

8. IMAGI will never sell or give away images.

9. IMAGI will never sell or give away account details.

10. IMAGI will from time to time contact an account holder for account management purposes.

Terms of Use

11. The following images are not permitted to be hosted on an IMAGI account: Anything offensive, illegal or pornographic.

12. The account owner is responsible for the legality of ownership of any uploaded images.

13. IMAGI reserves the right to suspend or delete an account that has breeched any of these terms.
